No. There is nothing to install, mount or wire. Take each pod out of the box, stand it on a shelf or side table in the room you want covered, and plug it into a power outlet. No drilling, no tools, no electrician, and no installer visit.
What does it cost?
One room is $199 for a single pod. Whole home is $299 for three pods, and each extra pod is $100. The app is $30 per pod each month, and the first 100 Whole home kits keep it free for life.
Can I cancel or send it back?

Who can see the information from the pods?
The people you add to the account, and nobody else. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not give it to insurers. Our privacy policy sets out what is collected and how to have it deleted.
Who gets called if there is a fall?
The planned service calls the phone numbers you choose, in your chosen order. You set the number of unanswered call attempts before escalation to emergency services.
Can I put a pod in the bathroom?
Bathroom coverage is part of the intended setup. Use a stable, dry shelf away from water, with a clear view of the floor. Waterproofing, steam tolerance, and humidity limits have not been confirmed; do not place a pod in a shower or splash zone.
Does my parent need a phone or a wearable?
No wearable or phone needs to be carried for room sensing. Calls are intended for the contacts you choose. The pods do not capture images or video.
How many rooms does the kit cover?
The kit includes three pods, one for each selected room. You can add extra pods at checkout to cover more rooms. A pod does not cover an entire home. Furniture, room shape, and placement affect coverage.
